Terms & Conditions:

Please note that the ticket is non-refundable, however, if you're unable to attend after booking, the ticket will be transferable.

• Attendees understand and agree that they may be photographed during the event and that the images may be used for future promotion.
• The flower picking sessions are very hands-on and take place across a working farm environment, with open water, animals and other farm hazards, and we've found that this environment can be quite challenging for younger children to fully enjoy. For this reason, and to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we now generally recommend the Pick Your Own sessions for ages 12 and up. With each child, aged 10 and over, requiring their own ticket.
• We kindly ask that only guests who have purchased tickets attend the Pick Your Own experience. We understand that some attendees may have mobility issues, and in these cases, with prior arrangement, we are very happy for a support person to join them to assist with picking. Outside of this, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional visitors who are not booked.
• Neither Schantel, Vanderfax Garden Route or the landslords shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, power interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, computer (hardware or software) or communication service, accidents, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events at any point.
• Physical tickets won't be issued. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email when placing your order and we will email you all the details prior to the event.
